A bit about why you coach: First and foremost I like to give back to a sport that has given me so much and helping players develop gives me great satisfaction.
I have been coaching for 18 years now at a youth elite level. The reason I coach at CSC is that it is a club that focus to develop each player to reach his/her true potential and to develop across the technical, tactical, physical, social, and psychological areas of development. Development should always come before “winning” because without development “winning” will not continue.
I very much look forward to the upcoming season. And also I look forward to working alongside a plethora of outstanding coaches and directors at CSC.
